Smokes walls around Cuba’s tragedy.

The Cuban culture is deeply ill and in a comma. All the dogmas, slogans and lies had cut off the core and heart of the cultural missioners in the country. Those who were emblems of anti-establishment and possessed an own voice has been swallowed by the regime, bought by the easy dollars in their pockets and silenced by their own inner traps.Smoke walls around Cuba

Silvio Rodriguez is the symbol of one of them, but he is not unique in that boredom fields. Other names like Carlos Varela which in the earliest 90 was stigmatized as “counterrevolutionary” and “dissident” has been added at that list of yielded artist under Castro’s boots.

Today, Castro’s propaganda is yelling “a mediatic campaign” against Cuba, but it is not. For those dinosaurs in Cuba’s propaganda system, there is only military terms accustomed themselves to tackle every single problem from the military point of view.

Meanwhile, for 50 years the people of Cuba are the subjects of the real mediatic campaign from the heart of the longest running tyranny of all times: Castro’s. A tyranny that has silenced artists, intellectuals and “journalists”. A tyranny that has subjugated government officials, common people and Cuba as a whole.

As result our civil society is languishing behind bars in Castro’s prisons at the sight of the entire democratic world without a strong hand to support them. Even our people when they leave our soil forgot or never had known their names.

Today, when the bells are tolling in a concert to praise a tyranny that nobody cares in Cuba, I want to remember their names. Names that has been within bars since the black spring of 2003:
